YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/PROJECTKEY/settings/customer-notifications
Press edit on each one of them to customize the standard notification.
Thanks for answering. I have disabled the messag 'public comment added' but assignee still receives notifications. How can I change or disable these notifications?

As my colleague mention for Jira Service Management Cloud you can change them.
If you refer to Jira Software Cloud unfortunately the layout for those cannot be changed.
