Editing a Report; Resets on Update

Hi, I have a report that I change the dates in each week to be relevant. Last week this report would not update. I would go in and change the date ranges as normal, but when clicking the "update" button after changing the date, the whole page refreshes, not just the form parameters.

With this full page refresh, nothing is stored and so the report cannot be changed.

I've tried different browsers, clearing the cache and cookies, different devices to no avail. The same problem occurs. Reports are currently useless as I cannot use the "past 7 days" type of pre-sets because of the reporting requirements.

I've included in the images below  the update screen that resets the entire report (back to the not editing page) and the URL that it invokes when clicked.

Anyone else having or had this problem?
