Users and customers are unable to receive each other's emails. The emails are automatically archived and do not appear in the pending section.

To gain a clearer understanding of the issue with emails being archived and not appearing in the pending section, I would appreciate if you could share more details on the issue you are facing along with error details and screenshots (ensure you dont share any private information like emails on the public forum). If needed, I can create a support ticket on your behalf to check out the configuration and other details on the JSM project.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding these issues.

The concerns we are experiencing fall into two main categories:

  1. Multiple customers have reported not receiving our emails. This issue has persisted for approximately two weeks, during which we have attempted five responses.
  2. Some emails have not been categorized under "waiting for support" but instead have been directly archived.

Due to privacy concerns, we cannot share related screenshots here. We kindly ask that you contact the following email address 【fallacy@kst.one】to assist us in investigating and resolving this matter further.
