I am not receiving email notifications from Jira Service Management (Cloud), and I have confirmed in my profile settings that they should be sent.
I created a task and assigned it to myself.
How do we get this resolved?

Outgoing mail should be configured and Global email handlers should be configured.
Outgoing mail should be Enabled . your e-mail server handlers also should allow emails from jira site .
Thank you very much; I can confirm that the Outgoing Mail is enabled, this does not appear to be why I do not get notifications.
