Our system has not received any notification emails since 12:00 noon. Despite attempting to switch roles and using different email domains, the issue persists across all configurations. Moreover, even when manually triggering the "Send Email" function from the test template section, the emails still fail to arrive.

Or is there an issue with your internal mail server, is normal mail being received?

Have outgoing emails been disabled? To check this (need to be jira admin) go to Settings > System ? Outgoing Mail, and check that this is enabled
