Email address change

when i go under manage accounts, i am unable to change my email address.

From past 2 days i have stopped receiving emails on the CAL/CLEX/APL that are tagged to me.

I want to change the email address on JIRA under my account from @adenza.com to @nasdaq.com

can someone please help

Can you verify if there is a warning that states your account is a Managed Account on the following page?

https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email

If so, you are required to contact your org admin or IT to update the email domain, as the community does not have permission to update or change the email domain for you.
