Jira cloud.
We have a project in Jira Cloud.
We have Default Notification Scheme in the project.
Users notification setings is set for the User.
Notification assistant shows that everything alright - this user has every permitions.
Users email is setup and spam is empty.
But the User dont recieve mail.
What can I do to solve the problem?
Have you checked that other emails are going out to users in that project? Is it a project/email issue or that particular user issue?

It's particular user issue. Other emails are going out to users.
