Email notification sender modification not possible.

Dear Community,

I would like to change the email notification sender address in my Jira Service Management project.

I added 2 domains: "domain.fr" and "domain.com". Both are verified.

I now try to change the email notification sender address. It work for an email address with "domain.com" but not for "domain.fr".  I receive the error message "DKIM validation failed for this domain.".

We have checked our DNS and everything seems to be configured excatly as the "domain.com".

Any idea of what can cause this?
