In our project we have two organizations with customers. Let's say organization A and organization B. When a customer from organization A uses the email request to open a ticket, Jira will send an confirmation email to the other people in organization A but it will not send emals to the people from organization B. How can I make it that people from organization B will get updates and confirmations when a ticket is open by someone from organization A. I saw that in portal you have options to share with organization but I want it to be automatically.

This defeats the purpose of the Organization concept in JSM. From the JSM configuration I'm affraid this is not possible.
You might get there with Automation + additional scripting.
