Firstly what do you mean by delete ?
By what i understood is you want to delete some info in the ticket which you raised . yes you can do that by editing the ticket . As far as deleting goes there certain things which can be deleted for ex comments ,worklogs ,etc..,.
If it is not what i said then can you please elaborate for better understanding .
Note : you need to have certain permission to delete, edit any kind of stuff in jira . If you are not jira admin , please have a chat and see what you an do .

Yes, what you said was correct, I need to delete some info in the ticket.
It should not be in the database anymore.
1. If you delete info as you mentioned, Still it will show in "ALL"
2. Is there a way to delete by default after like 30 days from database? If its resovled completely.
