I’m trying to add our existing external email address to Jira Service Management as part of our migration from the old ticketing system. After following the steps under Project settings > Email requests, I encountered an error ( Couldn’t add email address Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "SOCKS: TTL expired")
Can someone help me resolve this issue? We need to continue using the current email address during this transition.
