Error when adding column to service desk queue

When I try to edit the service desk queue to add the column "Priority" to the issue list view, I receive the following error: The value 'Work in progress' does not exist for the field 'status'.

Any simple resolve here? Would be great if our developers could see the bug/issue list by priority rather than having to open each issue.

Hi @sam ,

It sounds like the status has been deleted after this queue was originally set up. Can you verify it's no longer in your system? If it's not, just remove the affected JQL and you should be able to save the query.

Working now - thanks for your help! I did try that before but didn't work, perhaps I removed too much/not enough the first time around.
