Estamos iniciando o uso da plataforma, para tanto, gostaríamos de poder realizar a importação dos cadastros de organizações e clientes em lote.

Hi @Francine - Atendimento AWTI welcome to the community!  At this time, there is not a way to bulk load existing customers and organizations. (see this other article for information: Bulk Create ) There is at least two Suggestions created on Atlassian's jira site (jira.atlassian.com) to do this. JSDCLOUD-9265 JSDCLOUD-1829 

Feel free to vote for and watch them for updates.

As a work around, when you add an organization, you can manually copy and paste their emails to add them as customers to the organization.

As @Dan Breyen mentioned, there's no native way to do bulk upload directly through Jira. If you're open to (or already have) third-party apps, you could try the Jira CLI, which allows you to bulk-upload users from a CSV file. 

Here's an example, where another community member performed a similar action with a concrete command!
