I do not see an export functionality in the DataManager of the JSM enterprise cloud version.
It seems that I am not able to "save" a query in the "extended query" setup.
Is there another way to export data via CSV from the DataManager?
Best regards
Norbert
Hi @Norbert Mallien ,
You'll have to perform an advanced search first, then you can run an export and it will show up in your "downloads" section
https://support.atlassian.com/assets/docs/data-manager-my-downloads/
So it is written in the book.
I can do an "advanced search", but
1.) It does not show up in the "Downloads"
2.) I have no option to "name" the advanced search. I find this a little bit suspicious.
Data is uploaded into the DataManager and visible on certain places. As said: I can do an advanced search on the data.

When you go to "Analysis" and perform an advanced search on an Object Class, do you see the following or not?
Especially the "export current result", if you click that it will ask you to name it and show up in the "Downloads menu on the left side.
If not, you might need to check (or ask another admin) to check which role(s) you have on Data Manager

I found my problem; although it was not easy to see if you are beginner on this topic.
-->The "cleanse" process has failed without my notice.
--> No DataManager objects have been created (even if data has been imported sucessfully)
--> I was not able to select the "Object class" to go deeper (The "Object Class" turns into a link when objects have been created). This was not obvious for me.
I have gone to the "Advanced Search" via "Cleanse&Export"-->"View staged data". But this was not as it meant to be.
