External access to one of our Service Management inbox (Ticketing)

Hi there!!

We are trying to give access to an external user to one of our ticketing inboxes and the user is not receiving the email confirmation to join our channel, which it means that she doesn't have access to the portal.

Also we have removed the user from the list and added it back, but problem still. And seems that more users might be affected as well.

Have you ever experience anything similar to that? Could you please advise šŸ™?

Hi @Marta Gimenez ,

Permissions for Jira Service Management can indeed be tricky since there are multiple types of access you can give.

One idea might be that your site administrator has limited the domains accepted for invited users.

Can you check with your site administrator about the site access settings, then re-try inviting your external user?
