Failed importing issues in JSON format

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Initially it looked liked having passed all the steps of verification, but in the end it produced no result with 0 issue imported.

I'm assuming you mean you've used the JSON importer option in the external system import. If yes, it looks like you were trying to update already existing issues within your JSM project. The JSON importer is a very complicated import process. One that you cannot do if the issues already exist. Why you get 0 imported issues is a result that the project where you're performing such an import already exists with some of the issues present prior to your import. Just note that with JSON importer, you cannot update existing issues, you have to start from scratch. I would say if you're not keen on preserving the issue history, then the CSV importer would be a much easier and more straightforward approach
