Favicon on Service desk not updated

Hello, I successfully changed the favicon for Jira, but Jira Service Desk is still using our old favicon.

Hi @Valerie.wee , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

The favicon is a global configuration so changing it in Jira should also update it in Jira Service Management. Have you tried in different browsers, incognito, etc?

If the problem persists, you might need to open a ticket to Atlassian but I would imagine maybe there is just a delay. How long ago did you change the favicon?
