Field "Organizations" not present on form "Create Issue"

In the case that I create an issue in our Service Desk, the field "Organizations" isn't present. But it should! :-)

The reaction within "Where is my field?" is:

Bug
Screen:
Create issue
Field:
Organizations
Status:
The 'Organizations' field should be present on the form you are viewing

But it isn't present. What's the problem? More important. How can I fix it?

Hello @Sandra Kamphuis 

This is a known issue because it's not an issue field it's a request field.

So basically created an issue and add organization afterward.

Hii @Sandra Kamphuis 

In request type if u have user/group picker field/s, it is hidden and u must preset a value. And you can preset a value in edit fields in your request type under other fields. I hope i understood what you say
