Find out how to manually create a request channel

Hi,

When trying to set up request channels (I need more than 1) I get a link to a document in HALP to learn how to create a request channel manually. 

But when I get to HALP it asks for credentials and nothing works.

Can anyone explain or direct to documentation that described HOW TO CREATE A REQUEST CHANNEL?

Does anyone know how I do get access to HALP?

It can be done by adding ASSIST to the channel
