Free version limit for Jira Service Management

Hello, yes it is a question that has been asked before but I want to confirm it again. We will look at the tickets received by 3 people. But there are more than 10 employees in the company, so 40-50 people will open a ticket in Jira service management. Is this possible in the free version?

Hi @Nazım Baran Şirin and welcome to the Community!

It all depends on the number of people who handle the incoming tickets as agents. The people who raise tickets (your customers) do not need a license. The people who respond to them do need a license. On a free plan, you can have up to 3 agents. As soon as you have more, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
