Generate tickets via Email

I am using Atlassian Service Management for ticketing. It is linked to my official ID, I want whenever an email is sent on that official email ID, a ticket shd be automatically generated in Jira, I did all the setting, however it doesn't seems to be working

It looks like the settings are generally correct, but the problem may be in how the email gets to Jira. Make sure that the system actually receives the email and that the email address is correctly configured in your project settings. Also check if the sender has the necessary rights to create a request. Sometimes a simple check from another email address can help determine where the delay is occurring. Welcome to the community !!

You need to first Manage permissions for sending email requests and adding other participants by email in  Customer permissions. i.e. keep Channel access to Open

You can also refer to "Add an external email address for receiving requests for more details
