Hi, a customer of mine asked if he could see the created and last-change date in his ticket list.

After one hour trying and searching we could not make it- this tool is a beast :)

So can he do it or do I need to change some rights for him or how can this be solved?

Any hint is appreciated, also a link to a documentation about this topic would be great.

Thanks a lot,

~Ingo

Hi Ingo,

Unfortunately this is not out-of-the box functionality. We have an app - Advanced Portal Reports - that can customize the columns for the user, let him export result to csv, sort, etc. Feel free to check it out and if you have any questions get back to us.

Cheers,

Boyan

If you are looking in customer portal view, then you can not view the created/updated fields.
In Jira view, you can add required columns in filter result.
