Gráfico de pizza não mostra os dados corretamente

Criamos um campo no tipo de solicitação no projeto de serviço "CS" que inserimos o vendedor do cliente. 

Preciso criar uma visão de gráfico para esses vendedores de quantos tickets estão para cada um.

Inseri no painel de controle um gráfico de pizza com um filtro para o status que queremos 

Com o tipo de estatística do campo que criamos e o resultado ao invés de pegar por analista que está preenchido no campo fica apenas o total de tickets com o status do filtro.

we are filling in with the user responsible for the sale. we wanted to see in the graph how many open tickets for each seller, he is not responsible for the ticket but for the sale that the ticket will take place

Hello again @Larissa Akemi, I've been looking at this in my spare time, recreating the same gadget in our Jira demo instance, and talking with my teammate Elena, and it works well for us.

Maybe you are using an app for custom fields or something not native in Jira Cloud? Hopefully, we can find a way.
