Guest users and knowledge base linked to customer portal

Hello

We have guests users enabeled to access a particular space in Confluence. At the same time we have two customer portals for two different projects. Do the guest users are able to access those knowledge bases aswell?

Hi Ariane,

The Guest account can only access one Space at a time. So if the Knowledge Bases are in different Spaces, and if the KBs do not have anonymous access (open to everyone on the internet), then no, they will not be able to access them.

For Guest Access:

One user (guest) will be given access for only one space in a site.

As you mentioned, you have 2 customer portals (if you mean 2 separate sites) then the user (guest) need to be added to both the sites.
