From the tickets created in Jira Service Desk is there a possibility to create cards for the dev team in VSTS?

By using TFS4JIRA, when users create tickets in Jira Service Desk, the tickets will be synchronized to VSTS including the later updates.

How can I use a trial version? I have tried to add it in Jira Support Desk and in settings I get the message that I do not a have a valid TFS4Jira Cloud Licence.

Yes, you can use a trial version to test it out.
By doing this, you will need to get the trial license via manage apps page in your Jira instance.
