I need help with Jira settings and configuration so that Tripleten.teams.com can have access to projects I'm working on.

You've selected Product Plan as FREE wherein the permission schemes cannot be changes; i.e. all the users who are invited to site does have all the required BASIC PERMISSION.

You have to invite those users as licensed users in your site.

APpraoch:
Create a Group as Tripleten users, and add those users there, thence allocated this group as product access in admin.atlassian.com (required org admin permission)
