Hello,
I'm trying to integrate Jira Service Desk with Zapier but I'm having an authentication issue, in Zapier they have two options, one to connect with Jira (which includes multiple triggers and actions) and a second one called Jira Service Desk (this one only has one trigger and one action, which is not what we need), when validating the account it asks for the Base URL, user and password
Base URL
Enter your full publically accessible Jira URL (with https:// and trailing slash). Might be an on-demand subdomain like https://your-account.jira.com/ or a custom domain like https://your-account.com/.
Then it returns this error:
authentication failed: Your JIRA credentials are invalid, or have been temporarily disabled by Atlassian. Please log in to JIRA to verify access via these credentials
Please note that connecting Jira Service Desk with Zapier using the option "Jira Service Desk" does work fine, but again that only offers one trigger and one action unlike the other option called just "Jira" which offers multiple triggers and actions.
Please help.
I've found a work-around to this via REST API.

The Jira app for Zapier has been updated to use the same authorization as Jira Service Desk app for Zapier (OAuth 2.0 using 3-legged OAuth), so you should not see this issue anymore @Adrian Guanipa

I forgot to include that the connecting Jira Service Desk with Zapier using the option Jira Service Desk works fine, but again that only offers one trigger and one action unlike the other option called just "Jira" which offers multiple triggers and actions.
