I get emails from customers that attach problems they get from their clients, they do this by forwarding their problem to me. However, in Jira I am not able to send an email to the participant attached I can only send to my client, the one that sent the support request to me. Anyway, my question: Is it possible to send an email back to my client as well as the attached participant, meaning the email will send back to two different emails?
This would save me a lot of time as right now I have to sene emails manually. Thanks in advance. :)

Normally by default, participants are notified at the same level as the client creating the request
check if you have enabled the “Notification-participant added” feature
Project setting --> customer notification --> participant added
