If you're setting up issue security, you need to set your issue security scheme where the project admin is at the elevated level that sets security level.

@Mohamed Saad Taha -

I agreed with @Robert Wen_Cprime_ stated.  To supplement what he suggested, by default, the ability to manage "Security Level" is defined in your project's permission scheme for the permission of "Set issue security" and it is defaulted to project Administrators role member only.

This means that only Admins can set the security level or one can also setup default security level to be applied when an issue is created.  Once a security level is set, then it will be visible when one (who is called out in your security level definition) against the issue via the Issue View screen.

In my opinion since you can control who can manage "Security Level" field (meaning setting/changing the level value), then it maybe an overkill on hiding the field.

Please advise us on why you want to hide the field, then we can further assist.

@Mohamed Saad Taha -

By default when the field is populated, it is visible to the agent via issue view from project UI.  If you locked down the project permission scheme for "Set Issue Security" right to only Administrators role, then only Admins will be able to edit/set the security level.  The field itself cannot be hidden for agent.

Keep in mind, if the agent is called out to see the issue (assigned to a specific security level), he/she will have access to the issue itself, but they will not be able to change the field.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph

@Joseph Chung Yin @Robert Wen_Cprime_

first thanks a lot for your contributions and support

1- I don't want to show unwanted fields to agents also I don't want them to change security level value this is why I want to hide it

2- I already set the security level while the request is created as hidden filed with default value reporter is not allowed to choose the choose the security level.

3- I use below security permission for " Set Issue Security "

security level.JPG

4- and the security level value is show to the agent as below

security level 2.JPG

5- my question if i modify the " Set Issue Security " to be only administrator   reporter will be able to create request

6- is this possible to hide this filed from agents and only administrator can see it's value and edit it

thanks alot

To answer your questions,

You should set your Set Issue Security permissions to be Administers only.  That way your agents don't set the security level.  They can't see the field either.

Reporters will be able to create requests.  Issue security doesn't apply until the issue is created.  For visibility after issue creation, the reporter should be in the elevated security level (as well as the assignee).
