How I can do visible an status for a customer?

My service desk workflow has several status and some of them are not visible for customers. Is is possible to edit which status is visible and which not?

In project settings, types of requests, edit fields, up there are two tabs fields, which is where we will be by default and in the states tab of the workflow is where you can put the name of the state to show to the client, if it is the same for the client it is as if there was no transition and he will not receive notification.1111.png

Thanks Daniel, the problem is that our customer can't see the issue if pass from 3º NIVEL to SOLUCIÓN PROVISIONAL for example. They just see the issues meanwhile they are on concrete status.

When they try to access an issue in a concrete status appears:

No tiene permiso para ver esta solicitud.
