How can I add custom field to team notification of issue created?

Hi community, 

trying to add custom field value (organization name of issue reporter) to issue created notification to my support team.

Unfortunately, can't edit the notification template and couldn't find any material in community for ITSM cloud.

 

any help would be much appreciated

Welcome to the Community!

I suggest the SLA Time and Report for Jira. There you can change or create custom messages for sending to SLACK or as a comment on a task using Shortcodes (smart values).

Unfortunately, you can't currently add custom fields to the JSM notifications. Please see the feature request where you can vote for it and follow it.
