Hi community,
trying to add custom field value (organization name of issue reporter) to issue created notification to my support team.
Unfortunately, can't edit the notification template and couldn't find any material in community for ITSM cloud.
any help would be much appreciated

I suggest the SLA Time and Report for Jira. There you can change or create custom messages for sending to SLACK or as a comment on a task using Shortcodes (smart values).
Try the 30-day trial and check how useful it is for you. I hope this is what you are looking for. My team developed the add-on, so please let me know if you need any clarification.
