How can I add images or PDF files to the Project Portal?

Hi All,

I have a PDF document that I want to display on a specific project service platform for customers to view. As far as I know, only text files can be added. How can I set this up?

Our company policy does not allow sharing file URLs with people outside the company.

This is also the reason why I was originally using OneDrive but am now unable to share.

Got it. Unfortunately, adding the image and pdf to the instructions is not feasible.

Hi @Ivanna, It is possible with some workaround. You can upload the PDF file on SharePoint or somewhere else and then use that URL in the instructions.
