My objective is to create an automated report for each organization in our JSM. I would like these reports to show as many statistics as possible, including SLA goals, Created vs Resolved, Response Time, Resolution Time.. etc.
These reports would generate at the end of each month, they don't have to be pushed straight to the Organizations emails that can be done manually but I would like to find a process to create an automated reporting structure such as this.

Hi @Evan Lewis
Here is Ilze from eazyBI support.
eazyBI for Jira app reporting allows creating JSM specific as well as general project-related reports and compose them on the same eazyBI dashboard.
There are eazyBi demo accounts with report/dashboard examples you may check on:
You can use a dashboard email subscription to receive those eazyBI dashboards as PDFs in your email regularly (based on the schedule): here is a short video on that.
If needed, you can share those dashboards on Jira dashboard as well.
Feel free to contact support@eazybi.com for any further questions!

@Evan Lewis Welcome to the Atlassian Community
The delivered product provides reporting in the service desk but there is no way to automate the delivery of this information via email. You should take a look at EasyBI I believe it allows you to send reports via email.
You could also look at Jira filter subscriptions. This is a delivered feature that allows users to subscribe to filters to get results delivered to their emails. I do not believe this is what you are after but thought I would mention it.
