How can I enable customers to view requests from other people in their organisation?

What are the steps to enable customers to view requests on JIRA service desk which have been put in by other people from their organisation?

You should put them together in an Organization. Additionally, created requests should be shared with the Organization.

Users can still have private requests if they want to.

Hi @Palak Shrivastava and welcome to the Community,

i am assuming they are already sorted into Organisations?

There are several options:

  • Share all requests automatically with the Author's organisation
  • Share specific requests automatically, if they follow a pattern
  • Let the Author choose to share their request with their organisation
  • Let Agents share a request with an Organisation (from the Request or the Issue view)

What exactly do you need?
