Atlassian has a wide array of partners who can help with all sorts of setup: https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/

Keep in mind though that partner services are not part of your license. They are separate services for which you'll negotiate pricing (T&M, fixed price, managed service) with the partner you choose.
