How can I use Kanban Boards/Scrum within JIRA Service Management

My organization used to have a Jira project that was able to link to our Kanban board but we have since gotten rid of that project and only have JIRA Service Management. Our Kanban board that we have used is no longer available to view. I was wondering if there are any workarounds available as my organization is not interested in purchasing another Jira project.

Hi @Peter Morrisey,

There is a simple version of boards available in Jira Service Management that comes as close to a kanban board as you can imagine. You can find instructions on how to enable it for your JSM project in this support article.

Scrum boards are not available in JSM. These are a feature for scrum teams in Jira (Software) only.

Hope this helps!
