How can i access to manage dark features

Hi,

im trying to access to dark features page based in this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/enable-dark-feature-in-jira-959286331.html but i cant, i get the 404 errror, the article says that i have to use this link:

<BASE_URL>/secure/admin/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa

im using it like this: https://companyname.atlassian.net/secure/admin/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa

In the end i want to adding multiple email channels of creating request like said this article too https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracore/adding-multiple-email-channels-for-creating-requests-1063178702.html

Please i hope that someone can help me

Welcome to the community.  Dark Feature functionality is not yet available for the Cloud env.  It is only available for Data Center env.  It is indicated/stated at the top of your confluence reference link.

Manage dark features in Jira is available in Server and Data Center only. For cloud, which is your case, it's not possible yet, and there is a feature request in the Atlassian public issue tracker that we can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on.

Dark Features option in Atlassian tools are only available in Server and Data Center (self hosted installations)

Cloud has no such features
