Can you please help my to create a widget to display SLA performance by agent?

It might be possible to get some metrics by using Jira's default gadgets such as Issue Statistics gadget.
For example. to get a stat for SLA breaches by agent, you could configure this gadget by Assignee with a filter like this:
"Time to Resolution" = breached()
Also, If you consider the option of using a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers more advanced gadgets to cover all kind of metrics for JSM.
