Hi everyone.
My client needs to carry out extractions relating to Jira tickets.
Some tickets have the status in English and others in Italian.
I would like to standardize the language

If you are using translations on your JSM site it can help limit the issue but it will not prevent it. If the customer selects another language in his/her profile (ex. Italian), it will cause the multiple language issues again. There is not a way to limit the language selection in the profile.
