Is there a way to add share with option while the customer is filling the information regarding the issue he is creating? Let's say: The customer fills the request and before pressing submit decides with which other customer/organisation will the issue shared.
I have this set up on my other service desks it just isn't showing up on an old service desk we set up at the start.
If customers as request participants - Add "Request Participants" field to create screen and then you can add it to request type.
If organisations - organisations and customers should be configured in the project.
