I recently took over the IT department for a company only to find that every aspect of the department was setup under different peoples names. For example, contracts for one item was going to the old it managers email and contracts for another to an old programmer. Jira is one of these problem children. I have been reaching out and having the different places/people change the direction to the IT department and not an individual. I have tried everything to get the "reply to customer" to stop sending out with and individuals name and respond with the IT department. Any suggestions on how to get this to change.
In the JSD go to project settings then Customer Notifications. There is a tab for templates that you can customize using HTML and CSS
