To post this question of how to know which JIRA I'm using, the application makes me make a selection and I don't know?
I found About Jira and here what it look like:

In addition to what @Mikael Sandberg and @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned and based on your follow-up updates -
" I'm trying to figure out how to create multiple projects in one board. When I search for that I do NOT see any examples that look like my interface."
In the CLOUD env, if you have a "Company Managed Type" project, then you can create SCRUM or KANBAN board to pull content from one or more projects via the board's filter query used. On the other hand, if your project is "Team Managed Type" project, then it is limited to one and only one project (self) can be included in the board. The "Team Managed Type" project is AKA "Next Gen"UI.
In the Server (Data Center) env, there is no "Team Managed Type" (Next Gen) available. All projects are "Company Managed Type" project + you boards can always pull one or more project content.
Hope this helps.

Joseph: Thank YOU!
I'm using a Software Project and I now know that I am using cloud!
I see where I can choose "Team Managed Type," or "Company Managed Type,"
I have selected Company Managed Type, now I need to understand how to pull in project content.
Where can I look to read/learn how to do this?
THANK YOU for being so helpful!!! ;-)

Company-managed projects give you a huge amount of flexibility in this area, at a cost of being totally not obvious to configure.
In your case, you should look at three core things:
So, for your case, I would

Hi @Reynalda Torres,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Jira has three different types of projects, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software (JSW), and Jira Work Management (JWM) to simplifying it a bit. You can see what type of project you are using by looking up in the left-hand corner, it will say either Service project, Software project, or Business project.

The reason it asking you here on the Community to select the product is so that your question ends up in the right product category.

@Mikael Sandberg I sorry that I did not write my question clear. I want to know what version of JIRA I am using? I think I might have JIRA cloud but not sure?
And the reason I want to know that is because I'm trying to figure out how to create multiple projects in one board. When I search for that I do NOT see any examples that look like my interface.
Any help you may provide would be much appreciated.

Weeeeelll, technically it does. You can fetch a "version" from the REST API.
It's completely useless to anyone other than Atlassian, but sadly, a lot of us have to work with incompetent security consultants, auditors and compliance people that just don't understand what "software as a service" is, and demand version numbers. And then get annoyed when you point out that it can and will change every 4-8 weeks (totally invalidating all their "work"), and you've no control over what version you are on.
To keep it simple, the "what version of Cloud are you on?" should always be answered with "Latest"
Anyway, @Reynalda Torres, there's a really simple test for Cloud/not Cloud, and I think you already did it, and it says you are on Cloud.
Click the (?) help icon, look for the "about Jira" that appears and hit that. On Cloud, you'll mostly get the text you posted in your question, without version numbers. On Server/DC, you'll get a lot more text, and it will include a version.
