How do I find my forums ID?

I am unable to find my Forum ID please guide.

I suspect you mean form ID.

Why to complex, what information do you need, some information is only findable via API options.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're asking, but if you hover over a username, you'll see a link like:

https://community.atlassian.com/forums/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5423358

which redirects to:

https://community.atlassian.com/user/profile/c4e5c6e9-807f-4d3d-8ba1-001f00078835
