Please sorry for this question, can someone educate me on how jira works, how to use jira solve problems even the ones associated with the pi networks app, because I see a lot of people who are looking for who to help them solve problems in pi network app, and like problem of pending KYC that have been submitted, problem of updating username in the pi network app,
Hello @Victor Chibuikem
You may be finding post in the Jira communities about Pi Network because Pi Network uses Jira Service Management as their support portal, and their Jira instance was (and may still be) not working properly. The messages customers were seeing when trying to access that portal included "Jira Service Management", and they came to this community thinking we could help them get access to the Pi Network support portal. We cannot. There was a support case open with Atlassian to help Pi Network resolve the issue. We are users or our own Atlassian products so we can't see that support ticket.
If you need assistance solving problems related to Pi Network I would suggest you use any of the other options to contact the team listed here, https://minepi.com/safety/
Hi @Victor Chibuikem Welcome to the community!
You could try some courses on http://university.atlassian.com to understand how Jira works.
I believe you are looking for a ticketing system like Jira Service Management, where users could raise their problems and your team to work on solving them. You can find how you can use JSM capabilities here.
