I have project which is visible to customers through the portal. I want to know what is the limit of customers that I can provide access to on Portal? I read we have 5000 User agent limit what about the customers?

There is no limit on the number of customers you can add to a JSD project.
The 5000 limit is to sync the user/customer accounts from you Identity Provider (Okta, Azure etc) to you Cloud site.

Customer are site users so they are not technically charged. So I can add as much as 100000 thousand and it should be fine?
