I want add the priority field value into the Email Notification subject line that JIRA Service Desk sends out when an issue is created.
Currently it is "${issue.key} ${issue.summary}". The 'insert variable' dropdown has only one extra variable 'portal name' and nothing else.
I found below link, but it doesn't show how to do it on cloud.
So how do i do it?

This isn't available for cloud. You cannot edit the email templates in cloud version. It is one of the restricted functions in the Cloud instances.
