Does anyone know the best approach to auto close an alter when the JSM Ticket has been created. We have turned off Opsgenie and I'm trying to find a way to close an alter automatically.
Upasna, thank you. Here are the details and hopefully this helps. Let me know if you require more informaton.
We have an Inbound Email Integration that once the email is received and matches certain criteria it will then create an Alter.
From there we have an Connect to JSM Sync setting that once the Alter is created and matches certain criteria it will then create a ticket within JSM with certain data.
Regards,
Tony
Hello @Tony Landowski , what method have you used to convert alert to JSM ticket?
Once we know that method, I think we can find a way to do actions (auto-close) on alert.
