How to Set Up Conditional Approvals in Jira Workflow - With Assets type fields

I hope you’re doing well!

I need your help with something :)

We have a workflow that we use for software approval. Recently, however, there has been a request for two approvals for a single software, which is Office 365. This means that for Office 365, we need approval from both the manager and the director, while for other software, the normal flow with just manager approval remains unchanged.

We would prefer not to use automation for this. Instead, we’d like to explore whether we can achieve this directly within the workflow using conditions. It’s important to note that we don’t have Script Runner, so we need to work with the native features available.

I tried using the field value condition, but the field that contains the software value is of the Assets type. I've attempted multiple configurations, including using the ID, WorkspaceID + ObjectID, and Name, but none of them seem to work. Does anyone know how we could apply this, and if it’s even possible?
