How do I access Primary Incident using automation? I have created automation that creates a PIR after an incident has been closed. I need to know how to to update the primary incident on the PIR so that it can populate the required form.
Any thoughts?

Automation action to link issue to Primary Incident in PIR
I have the same issue.
When linking a case via automation, the link appears in the PIR case but NOT in the section that can auto-populate.
What automation fields can be used to link the incident case in the PIR and ensure it appears in the correct section?
