How to add an approval step with new workflow editor?

The pages in Jira explain how to add an approval step to a workflow (with the old editor) and that it's possible to add approvals with the new editor,

Unfortunately, I'm unable to find the option in the new editor.

I'm afraid this functionality is not yet available in the new workflow editor😕😟

Furthermore, you can switch between the two editors so you can add the approval step with the old editor, and make the other modifications in new editor mode🤓😉

OK, thank you for the answer. Let's just hope that the function will be added soon. Switching between the editors is somewhat uncomfortable.

i think it's completely silly that there are 2 workflow editors, and we need to switch between the two. Seriously poor development/product management.
